Canadian Solar's warranty comes in two parts, and mixing them up is the most common mistake buyers make. The first is the linear power performance warranty of 30 years, stated identically on every datasheet we reviewed: no more than 1% degradation in year one and no more than 0.4% per year thereafter. The second is the product warranty covering materials and workmanship, and this one varies by model — 12 years on the TOPBiHiKu6 CS6.2-66TB, 15 years on the TOPHiKu6 CS6.2-54TM, and 25 years on the TOPHiKu6 All-Black CS6.2-48TD. If long product cover is a priority for you, the All-Black model is the one to specify by name. Datasheets are also published in region-specific versions (EN, NA, AU) whose warranty terms and certifications do not match each other, so our engineers request the current datasheet matching the exact batch being delivered before any quotation goes out, and ask the supplier to confirm the Thai warranty claim procedure in writing.
